Our <strong data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"422\">Code of Conduct<\/strong> defines the principles and values by which we act \u2013 internally with our employees, externally with partners, customers and the public. It serves as a guide for ethical behavior, professional collaboration and legally compliant conduct.  <\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1jd7x4w\" data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"732\">1.
