Jochen is an entrepreneur, technology visionary, and one of the minds behind i-Vertix. Since 2016, he has led the company as CEO, driving the development of a monitoring platform that makes complex IT landscapes transparent, controllable, and resilient.

With i-Vertix, he pursues a clear vision: IT monitoring must be powerful without creating unnecessary complexity. Systems should be understood, not just monitored. To achieve this, i-Vertix develops enterprise solutions in areas such as Network Monitoring, Network Management, Log Management, Network Traffic Analysis, and IT Asset and Configuration Management – with a special focus on stability, transparency, and data sovereignty.

Under his leadership, technologies are created that help companies reliably operate their infrastructure and securely implement regulatory requirements such as GDPR or ISO standards.

Before founding i-Vertix, Jochen gained many years of experience at the intersection of technology, organization, and international markets. As CIO at Unifix SWG for over a decade and a half, he was responsible for the company's IT strategy and, as Export Manager, simultaneously shaped the development of new international markets. Later, he also took on the role of Head of Supply Chain, bringing together complex processes between technology, production, and global logistics.

This combination of technical depth, operational experience, and entrepreneurial thinking continues to shape his approach today: technology must work – even as systems grow, change, and become increasingly complex.

Roman Morandell is CTO of i-Vertix and is responsible for the technical architecture and development of the platform. Since 2019, he has significantly shaped the company's technological direction, ensuring that complex monitoring and management solutions remain reliable, scalable, and practical.

With a deep understanding of software development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, he combines technical precision with a clear view of real IT requirements. Under his technical leadership, solutions for Network Monitoring, Log Management, Traffic Analysis, and IT Asset Management are created, bringing stability and transparency to complex IT environments.

Before joining i-Vertix, Roman gained extensive experience in the development and operation of software and cloud solutions. At Enghouse Interactive, he led teams in Customer Support and Professional Services and was responsible for the operation of SaaS platforms, VoIP and SIP infrastructures, and complex backend systems, among other things.

His technical career began as a software developer specializing in C#, .NET, and database architectures. For more than two decades, he has worked at the intersection of software development, infrastructure, and operations – always with the aim of making technology robust, efficient, and sustainable.

As Delivery Manager at i-Vertix, Daniele is responsible for the successful implementation of monitoring and observability projects and supports customers in the introduction and operation of complex IT monitoring solutions.

Previously, he worked as a Monitoring Engineer at Var Group, gaining extensive experience in the operation and optimization of modern monitoring platforms, including technologies such as Zabbix. His focus was on the stability of critical IT infrastructures and the analysis and resolution of system problems.

His career began in IT operations and service desk, where he gained early practical experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and network administration. In projects for large infrastructures such as RFI and Trenitalia, and during his time at the Global Operations Center for YOOX NET-A-PORTER, he worked with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, and PagerDuty.

This experience in the operational management of complex systems shapes his approach today: monitoring must not only provide data but also help IT teams identify problems faster and operate systems reliably.

As Global Sales Director at i-Vertix, Claudio drives the company’s international expansion, helping organizations move from traditional monitoring towards modern observability, security, and intelligent infrastructure management. He is a recognized speaker and trainer, sharing insights on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the future of IT operations.

Felix is a software engineer at i-Vertix and works on the further development of the platform as well as the implementation of new features in monitoring, data processing, and system integration.

With a focus on robust software architectures and efficient data processing, he develops components that transparently and reliably monitor complex IT infrastructures. His work combines technical precision with the aim of creating monitoring solutions that remain stable, performant, and scalable in daily operation.
