The company offers a range of services including public transport with trains and buses, more than 13,500 parking spaces, bike-sharing through BiciMia, and intelligent traffic systems like smart traffic lights and surveillance cameras.

As Brescia Mobilità’s IT infrastructure grew more complex, it became clear that its existing monitoring system—based on Nagios—could no longer keep up with the demands of real-time monitoring for critical services such as BiciMia, ZTL zones, and traffic management. The company needed a scalable, proactive, and reliable solution to ensure uninterrupted service across all its operations.

The Challenges
As the mobility system expanded, Brescia Mobilità faced increasing challenges in managing its IT infrastructure.
