Our team is more than just a group of experts – it’s a cohesive unit with a clear vision: We think big, act pragmatically, and always question everything. We know that success doesn’t come by itself but through courage to change, innovation, and quick decision-making. Our challenge? January:
The year began with the expansion of our partnerships in the UK. A particular highlight was our project with St. Gallisch-Appenzellische Kraftwerke (SAK), which opened up new opportunities in the Operational Technology (OT) sector.

February:
In February, we significantly expanded our Plugin Store, adding over 700 integrations. These new plugins give our customers even more flexibility and real-time insights.

March:
A milestone in March was the introduction of Giovanni, our new Delivery Manager. With his structured and efficient approach, Giovanni has strengthened our team and helped us work faster and more effectively.

April:
In April, we launched the i-Vertix Access Log Management SaaS solution. This allows our customers to easily and securely manage access logs in the cloud, ensuring full compliance and offering a user-friendly interface.

May:
In May, we intensified our efforts in Austria, building strong relationships with several companies. The IT Stammtisch in Vienna was a key event, where we had valuable exchanges with IT experts about the latest trends.

June – Managed Service Summit:
At the Nordanex Managed Service Symposium in June, we discussed how monitoring as a technology stack for MSPs opens up new business models and growth opportunities. We would like to thank Michael Kress and Philipp Ernicke for their outstanding support.

July – i-Vertix 4.3 Release:
July marked the release of i-Vertix 4.3, a new version with enhanced features like NetFlow modules and system component upgrades. This new version set new standards for IT monitoring.

August – Brescia Mobilità Collaboration:
In August, we celebrated our successful collaboration with Brescia Mobilità. By integrating real-time monitoring, we were able to improve the efficiency and resilience of the public transport infrastructure in Brescia.

September – Partner Convention in Mannheim:
In September, we participated in the Partner Convention in Mannheim. The event provided a fantastic opportunity for networking and exploring key topics like Managed Services, IT Monitoring, Security, and AI-based business models. We also recorded our presentation, which is available to those who couldn’t attend.

October – it-sa 2025:
In October, we participated in it-sa in Nuremberg, Europe’s largest IT security expo. We showcased our latest security innovations, including solutions for OT Monitoring, Log Management, SIEM, and IT Asset Management. Our i-Vertix 4.3 was a highlight, alongside discussions on NIS2, BSI Basic Protection, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

November – IT2Trust Partnership in the Nordics:
In November, we announced that IT2Trust would be our distribution partner in the Nordic region. This partnership expands our IT monitoring portfolio and gives us access to a broader audience in Scandinavia.

May to June – Webinars and Training:
May and June were marked by our extensive webinar and training offerings. We hosted various webinars on topics like Asset Management and Log Management in the Cloud, giving our customers deeper insights into their IT monitoring needs.

i-Vertix Academy 2025:
Our i-Vertix Academy enabled IT professionals to enhance their skills in areas such as network monitoring, troubleshooting, and log management. We are proud to share our knowledge and continue to strengthen the industry.

Looking ahead to 2026:
As we look ahead to 2026, we will continue to focus on innovation, partnerships, and holistic solutions. Together with you, we aim to grow further and set new benchmarks in the industry.
