2024: A steady progress towards our goals

Looking back at 2024, this year marked important progress for i-Vertix. Together with our partners and customers, we achieved most of our set challenges, enhanced our solutions, and reinforced our focus on delivering a high-performing and competitive monitoring solution. Here’s an overview of some highlights that defined this year’s journey:

December: Recap from our recent webinars

Our recent webinars, held in collaboration with our valued partner ck7, provided a valuable platform to share our latest updates with a broader audience of end customers. They also served as an excellent example of how we support our partners in their efforts. Live demonstrations engaged participants and offered a glimpse into the innovations we’re planning for 2025. A big thank you goes to ck7 for their support in making this event a success.

November: Networking in Salzburg, webinars with Nordanex

On November 7th, we had the pleasure of hosting a special event at the IT Stammtisch at Fuxn in Salzburg, bringing together partners and IT professionals to explore the latest i-Vertix enhancements. The evening provided an opportunity for meaningful networking in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests also had the chance to enjoy a traditional Austrian-style Jausen, adding a delightful touch to the event.

Additionally, we actively participated in the Nordanex webinar, which was specifically designed for German end customers, to gain deeper insights and engage with the content tailored to their needs. During the session, we demonstrated how i-Vertix solutions support compliance and security, while also showcasing practical examples of the scalability and adaptability of our tools. Nordanex, a purchasing cooperative for German IT system houses, helped facilitate this opportunity. November thus highlighted our continued focus on training, collaboration, and innovation, further reinforcing our partnerships.

October: ICOSXperience 2024 and new Log Management

In October, we participated in ICOSXperience 2024 in Lazise at Lake Garda, where we focused on the theme “Time for Change.” During the event, we presented our Shadow IT discovery and classification solution to partners for the first time and demonstrated how i-Vertix can simplify the process of achieving NIS2 compliance, highlighting its value in IT security.

Meanwhile, our newly launched editions of Log Management and IT Asset Management set a new benchmark for MSPs, with features like:

✔ Full lifecycle IT asset management
✔ Comprehensive log management across hybrid infrastructures

September: The Release of i-Vertix 4 and thne new BI module

In September, we celebrated the release of i-Vertix IT Monitoring 4.2, introducing the Shadow IT Management feature to all customers—for free! Key highlights included:
❤ Identifying every connected device on your network, with details like MAC address, IP, switch, port, and VLAN.
❤ Classifying devices by customizable statuses for efficient management.
❤ Providing an overview dashboard for complete network visibility.

This release emphasized our dedication to network transparency and security, ensuring our users maintain control of their IT environments.

The new i-Vertix BI enhancements

Part of the 2024 innovations, the new i-Vertix BI solution introduces real-time data analysis as a standout feature, enabling faster, data-driven decisions. It also streamlines reporting with pre-configured templates and a centralized Report Store, where users can add new templates to meet evolving needs. Automated scheduling, integration with third-party tools, and features tailored for Managed Service Providers enhance its flexibility, while custom branding and multiple export formats ensure it meets diverse business requirements.

In June, we launched a press initiative focused on monitoring Proxmox VE with i-Vertix, highlighting its key features and benefits for efficient management, while providing a comprehensive guide on how users can leverage i-Vertix’s powerful capabilities to optimize their IT infrastructure. The guide also highlighted how to ensure smooth and seamless operations, even in complex virtualized environments. It was an excellent opportunity for us to help our users enhance their monitoring capabilities with ease.

May: CloudExpo 2024 – A global stage in Frankfurt 2024 to address Dubai in 2025

At CloudExpo 2024, we had the opportunity to present i-Vertix to a broad audience, engaging with numerous professionals who showed significant interest in our solutions. The Expo provided valuable exposure, helping us expand our global network and explore potential future collaborations.

April: A new era with i-Vertix4 Central Manager

In rainy April we launched i-Vertix4 Central Manager with Oracle Linux 8, enhancing security and functionality. The release brought:

• A streamlined user experience.
• Improved monitoring performance.

These updates were designed to improve system stability and simplify monitoring management. The feedback from users confirmed the positive impact of these changes on both efficiency and ease of use.

March: Dynamic Mapping and real-time updates

In February, the update to i-Vertix IT Asset Management. This add on module now allows users to track expiration dates of IT assets, ensuring critical renewal deadlines are met. To streamline this process, automated notifications were integrated to alert users of upcoming expirations. Additionally, new features were introduced for asset optimization, providing tools to monitor and maintain the performance of all assets, ensuring its continued efficiency and reliability.

January: A fresh start with Plugin Store Updates

The year began with exciting updates to the i-Vertix Plugin Store, introducing powerful integrations like:
