We are looking for a 1° & 2° level Support who will help our Partners and Customers solve their problems.
The chosen candidate will be based in our headquarter in Bolzano (with possibility to work remotely).
The ideal candidate speeks fluent Italian and English. German knowledge is considered a plus.

- Provide technical support to partners and customers on all i-Vertix products
- Manage and solve requests and incident reports through the helpdesk platform
- Identify problems and figure out possible solutions
- Support and collaborate with the development team to improve and develop the i-Vertix solutions
- Knowledge of Linux
- Familiar with other monitoring solutions (Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Solarwinds, ManageEngine, Whatsup Gold and other Enterprise Monitoring Solutions)
- Knowledge of the ELK stack
- Scripting (Bash, Powershell, Perl)
- Good relational skills
- Great knowledge of Italian and English. German language is considered a plus
