We are looking for an IT Consultant who will work closely with our Partners and Customers.
The chosen candidate will join the team in the headquarter in Bolzano, or can work remotely.
The ideal candidate speaks Italian and English fluently. German is considered a plus.

Your mission 🎯
- Deploy & configure our i-Vertix NMS solution to meet our Partners’ and Customers’ requests
- Advising & supporting our Partners and Customers to help them achieve their goals through the i-Vertix solution
- Train Partners and Customers to help them properly use i-Vertix
- Manage i-Vertix implementation projects from start to finish
Your skills 🤓
- Passion for the Open-Source world
- Deep knowledge of Linux environments
- Familiarity with other enterprise monitoring solutions (Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Solarwinds, ManageEngine, Whatsup Gold, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the ELK stack
Scripting skills (Bash, Powershell, Perl) - Ability to work with people
Great knowledge of Italian and English. German language is considered a plus. - Availability to travel (if needed)
