We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Bolzano (possibility of working remotely to be agreed).

You will be based in📍Bolzano, with the possibility of remote work to be agreed upon.

The ideal candidate has an excellent command of Italian and English . Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Install and configure our i-Vertix NMS solution according to the requirements of Customers and Partners
Advise and support Partners and Customers to help them achieve their objectives through the i-Vertix solution (consulting activity)
Train Partners and Customers on the use of i-Vertix
Manage solution implementation projects from start to finish
Provide help desk support to Partners and Customers

Thorough knowledge of Linux environments
Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Solarwinds, ManageEngine, Whatsup Gold and other Enterprise Monitoring Solutions)
Good knowledge of the ELK stack
Scripting skills (Bash, Powershell, Perl)
Passion for the subject of Open Source
Propensity for customer contact
Excellent command of Italian and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
Willingness to undertake business trips
